Overview
• Hot early stage SaaS Company, recently started their go to market strategy and need to hire a BDM Manager to lead a four person team and double the team before the end of Q3.
• They have about 300+ customers in a multibillion dollar market with over 30+ million US customers alone
• Already experiencing high growth rates (200% YoY)
• Proven exec leadership team and equity participation
Responsibilities:
• Hire, train, mentor, develop, and manage a team of BDRs
• Oversee daily activities of the team with live coaching and mentoring, monitoring of phone activity, lead conversion and pipeline results
• Collaborate with other sales leaders and account executives for alignment on lead generation process and transition to account team
Requirements:
• This person must be a true leader- one that can manage a team of BDR’s. This manager is going to be a key piece to the firm’s success working directly with Head of Sales.
• This leader will be able to hire and lead a team to ultimately promote them to an AE role within 8-12 months.
• Must have past BDR Leadership experience, cold call coaching, demo coaching sessions, and creative email coaching.
