• Looking to double existing sales team over the next quarter (Now a 14 person team)
• This management role will be valuable equity participation
• Recruit, hire, train and manage an inside team
• Lead the effort to identify contemporary best practices and associated technologies that will enable maximum productivity from the inside sales team
• Lead a consultative sales process and methodology which establishes themselves and their team as trusted advisors
• A strong track record of overachieving sales targets in a high velocity, high growth business focused on small and mid-sized businesses
• A highly motivated coach who can motivate a team to meet monthly goals. Someone who can be on the floor and give reps more coaching.
